I must be in the 3% of tenants who DON'T complain enough about paying for outgoings that never get done by the land lord each year. Yeah, thats right, I'm paying my share of certain things like toilet paper ($900pa) for 3 staff to use 1 ply dunny paper, and each year it goes up by a couple of hundred. I pay $1300 a year in landscaping fees (for our share) yet I have only seen our poxy 3m x 6m garden we are responsible for, cleaned about 2-3 times a year that I have seen. Yet we share it with the next tenant. there are other outgoings which I pay for that are quite frivolous that get added to outgoings each year that I pay for year in year out, yet when I ask for a bloody receipt from the services to prove these invoices exist, we don't get one. how convenient.
Sounds petty doesn't it? Maybe I should complain a bit more to get what we are paying for.
