I have been offered a few pairs of RDA dimpled stock from RDA that have surface rust marks on them which is mainly on the hat part of the rotors. These can be cleaned up with some elbow grease or sandblasting.
We this happens to the rotors when they are waiting to get coated and are not dried properly.
