But the best thing about working in this field is that I can wear a slayer shirt, shorts and thongs to work and no once really cares. When I rock up in the carpark, in town everyone is wearing their stuffy suits and ties holding a briefcase and just laugh inside.

A friend of mine works in the same industry. Currently works for Weta Digital in Wellington, but has worked for VFX companies in Brisbane and Sydney as well. Like you, he's worked on some pretty big movies.
