sorry i typed what i wanted to say to you in stefan's post prior to this, but wanted to add a ' YES ' to letting ignorance know of how trivial matters are NOT so trivial to an ill mind and to hold contempt or judgement towards what seems like just a D#@khead going off, instead try to underdtand the what, and allow a bit of space and time for such an incident to be rectified by the Over reactor, which does come in time with the right meds to help us get there and help from those who can, unfortunately my 'now' exwife, 20yo son, 30yo step daughters, 60yo sisters and long time family GP could not, but many a stranger have thankfully
