Pentosin (German OE fluid supplier) publish viscosities at 40 deg for their low vis and super DOT 4 fluids. There isn't much difference. They also give the figure at 20 deg for the Super DOT 4 only.
I can buy their low vis fluid labelled as VW. $32 for 1 litre.
