Unless it was a hoax there was a statement at around 3:30 yesterday from Daniel Andrews saying he intends to notify cabinet that Victoria will enter a state of shutdown over the next 48 hours.
This was followed by an inundation from my staff wondering if they still had a job.
By 9:30pm the Scott Morrison had talked them out of it.
