People need to back the f up. Id love to see anyone else do anything different in this situation. Half the things people are getting outraged about would harm another result, this is a no win situation. Lets see.....
A half hearted lockdown.
- according to who?
An extra 1-2 million people without work.
- was always going to happen, would you rather 10 million?
Probably a trillion dollar deficit.
- not within govs control
Unintended businesses closing down.
- was always going to happen, remember you want a 100% lock down?
State governments in revolt. -
our fault, years of political f'ing nonsense and in a action from both sides, swapping parties with the wind, what did we expect?
Share market carnage. -
out of govs control
The cruise ship scenario is embarrassing and the silliness with the hairdressers I concede is a joke. Just shut all but non essentials and be done with it. You cannot simply stop all people from working unless you have bulk candles.
