More details of vehicle will help -auto or manual - engine type not just 2.0ltr etc. as there seems to be a lot of variations
Have you checked in under bonnet fuse box also - try relay 13 or 1 if auto it possibly has a inhibit relay as well
Check all connectors at internal fuse box are pushed in tight
