SA Focus Titanium Active High Beam Fault

Hi there, I have weird problem with my 2020 Titanium.
The blue high beam indicator lamp will come on the instrument cluster randomly, sometimes while following another car at night.
The external lamps seem to be still on low beam, but the dash is telling me otherwise. Once I've overtaken the car you can see the auto high beam kick in and it appears to be working.
The dealership has had the car for a week, have driven it at night and replicated the fault.
They have updated all the software and contacted tech assistance with no solution.
Anyone else had the same?
