Speed cameras, yes and no. By law, they have to tell you where the fixed cameras are, they are marked by squiggly lines on the road, and they can only catch you if you are speeding within that squiggly zone. You'd have to be pretty dumb to get caught, or be a foreigner  |
Yes,the good old ‘squiggly’,lines!There are warnings,but,there are so many of them(in very close proximity to each other).Just a real pain.Motorways not so bad,bit I still common.I was caught twice in 2015 in High Wycombe (Buckinghamshire) no idea we’re though.Last time I went back,I let the wife drive the odd 5,000 miles!
