Look, not to throw fuel on the fire but if the car has been sitting for 20 years, there is no way in gods green earth you will be able to get it registered in a week, just off the top of my head there will be stale fuel, leaking wheel cylinders seized brake components, crusty rubbers, seals etc, time is not a cars best friend I'm afraid and there will be a lot of work that will need to be carried out just to make it run, then there is a heap of work that will need to be done for registration.
