Ahhh ... I think I know what you mean.
In other words a section on the forum ... where people can post "linked" ... or 3rd party hosted videos ... so it's all in one place ... easy to find.
I guess like having a drag video section under racing ... or something along those lines.
I'd suggest having 3rd party hosting though ... as direct upload to the site takes up a hell of a lot of bandwidth/capacity, etc.
