Can't help you with the decoder but YES, V6 Capris are fetching that sort of money now. You might think its silly but considering I paid $3500 for mine 4 years ago and I was offered $7000 last year and $8500 a few weeks ago at Phillip Island, $10,000 is within the ball-park of a decent, straight, rust-free driver nowadays. Since Bo Seaton and Steve Land started winning in Group Nc Historic racing, ever man and his dog is looking for one including two V8 Supercar drivers.
