I'm really interested by this quote Citroënbender. Can you expand on the managed categories bit? I can understand someone who is really into cars having many of them and I can also understand normies looking at them with a bit of disdain - but are you talking about local councils clamping on DIY because I wonder what happens to the car tinkerer if tinkering is banned. He becomes an anarchist, perhaps...
