I guess the "PS is a joke" is something I've put up with for years. Personally I'm proud of my work, I don't earn much and yes it is in the PS.
Sure there is weaknesses, don't dispute that at all nor your pay cut proposal, but I'd be confident in saying any huge private corporation has weaknesses too that's all.
But again. All good and unfortunately people's lives are being affected in various ways.
