I didnt have any insurance on my first car, simply because no insurance company would insure anything older than 1970, their databases didnt go that far back! Shannons didnt wanna get involved coz I was 17. And this was just for third party on a $2,000 car! Finally found an insurance company who did insure me.
But now I wouldnt drive without 3rd party. Its just too risky I reckon.
