Thanks Minge and Mechan1k, never thought of insurance..on the phone to them as I type.
I cant believe that a company as large as Enrights would do such a thing, and then to be so insolent as to tell me they will do nothing, and refuse to speak to me, and get my solicitor to do it.
Very unprofessional in my eyes, and poor customer service.
