No, make it South Australian rules.
Every drive is a competition; let NO one in, earn the space. If it even looks as if someone is about to enter the lane, or turn; speed up. Do not let any one in, ever.
If someone misses their turn off, so what, take the next one, South Australian roads were designed on a square grid, you can always get back.
People who let others in , slow down to create a safe driving distance, etc, wouldn't last long in SA and besides where's the sport in that?
