The Yanks are the worlds number one producer of oil (a net exporter now) and natural gas.
Pipeline network is/will be vast - Dakota Access pipeline, Keystone pipeline, Burgos Pipeline.
Drilling permits take 1/3 of the time to obtain now.
E-15 has been approved all-year-round.
And bills have been signed to start exploring (digging and drilling) in Alaska.
And that's not taking into consideration their war machine/Space Force or future infrastructure expansion/upgrades.
