so tonight is the stand where im saying NO and the half packet of smokes i have i gave them away and i have nicabate gum and extra chewing gum that i have used and it did work but the taste is what took me of from stop chewing them after a week

I was getting through two or three packs of Dr Pats a week plus some pipe baccy , woke up one morning and felt dreadful with a coff like you wouldn't dream of , never had another gong on 28 years
Oh the coff went away about a month later
