Hey.
Received a mail today and just got a question as the Dealership stated my Warranty ran out earlier this month This "Mechanical Plan" Says this. Peace of mind: Created by the elimination of worry about costly bills Quality repairs: By a franchised dealer with the latest technology and equipment and factory trained technicians. Easy to make claim: If needed...... simply call one of our service departments. We provide shuttle car services. Just curios if this means I can get anything covered under some sort of Warranty as they said I had no sort of Warranty left. Anyone know please help? |

Standard extended warranty blurb? We'll pay you up to $2000 for your fairly destroyed engine, although it will cost double that to repair it? If so, better to steer clear.

Was Curious to see what it was but can't call them so wondered if it was some standard Warranty.
So basically it's not Warranty? |

They hardly cover anything.
Most aren't worth the paper they are written on. |

Oh ok fair enough because I was going to go to the Ford place because of clunk in the rear rather then the mechanics.

I got another letter about this today saying it was going to be cancelled due to 6 months of no booking or what not.
I called them up, asked them what the go was, and they said it's basically extended warranty, she said I'm covered until 2016 or 200,000kms. She has to call me back Monday whether I can get the noise in my motor ( the squeaking nosie ) looked at under this "warranty" I some how ended up with. I don't know but I got a feeling when I go in there I'm gonna end up with a big bill some how. |
