i'm going to replace the vinyl stripes on my ute, but there seems no suggestion as to whether they should be high (just under the character line) or low, at the bottom of the door. I did them originally myself, but as i did them all ****-eyed, so i'll get the shop to do them this time. http://aussiemuscle.totalnfs.net/kevcars/xr8_kw_05.jpg
He wanted to know 'correct' placement. I didn't buy the car with any stripes, but there's just too much orange without the stripes to break it up. it also looks kinda plain. Which do you prefer? Option 1: bottom of door Option 2: higher up on door. i've also seen some with the stripe touching the door molding.
