Might be an odd comment, but both myself and my brother over the last couple of months have noticed a significant reduction in carbon build up on the exhaust tip using both Caltex and BP 98 Octane.
(Cars are BA XR6-T and LV XR5-T) Thought it might have something to do with that chemical change they made recently? Anyone else noticed?

I can't say I have but now that you've mentioned it you might be right. I did put a thread up a couple months back about fuel smelling differently.

Yeah I remember reading your thread XBROO, I thought it could be.. It might just be a complete coincidence.
I never use Shell, and I use BP whenever I can over Caltex.
