A mate of mine has a V8 Supercars shirt with a Club 1000 logo on it, I have never heard of it before he said it is from about 10 years ago.
Has anyone heard of Club 1000 before?

Yep. It was part of a thing to get people into the 'Supercars' when they started off.
I think there was another club type thing, club 100 or something as well. I still have my membership card somewhere, and ther were supposed to be all sorts of benefits for members when they went to meetings etc. I might even still have the tee shirt somewhere too. In my opinion it was just a rip off, and I never resigned when my membership ran out. Ed |
