ever since sunday mi telstra prepaid keeps telling me that "you need to be a prepaid plus user to use this service" when i go to check my credit...HELP : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :

Tried calling telstra and asking them... would make sence to me.

Ummm.....yeah.....okay then

If you don't want to chance spending a lot of time on the phone, go to a Telstra shop. Without speaking to your service provider there is zero chance of getting it sorted.

This could be as simple as the phone not reading the SIM correctly, or even a faulty SIM, or phone.

How long since you recharged your card?

My telstra pre paid mobile phone was doing something similar on sunday.
the mrs played round with it then pulled out the sim card and restarted it.
fixed the problem.

alrady pulled sim out/has 3 deep lines on the sim....and ancient 3315 wont read sim at all....cause of problem?...but i can still send and recieve calls and text
