Um, yeah. Probably because Sorted specifically took a pic of them and said so under the photo

I don't really mind that the coppers got a treat with this car here. I mean they do put up with a lot of crap and do put their lives on the line for their work a lot of the time. Anyway most of the time I am sure that their job involves pulling over people with boring offences like talking on the phone or doing an illegal U turn and stuff like that.

I mean if I had to chase a baddie driving a Camaro down the highway and got to really cut loose behind the wheel in this special, it's almost enough reason to become a cop haha

The new slimline light bars are very deceptive, hard to make out from a distance. Police get all the sweet modern muscle cars.

Aren't they ever! Theres a silver XR6T here with them, no markings on the bonnet. Cannot see the damned thing until it's pretty well right on you.

If you want to be able to speed with flashing lights, put in the hard yards and become a part of the police force.

It's a similar argument when kids aren't happy that they can't do the same things as their parents. Suck it up. My kids know what "do as i say, not as i do" means.

Same as complaining about a politician's perks; umm.....become a politician....anyone can!

Same at work. The plebs complain that the boss isn't doing the menial tasks like they are. Stiff. Instead of whinging all day about your rights, how about you put that energy into progressing yourself.

All these are different example but all come done to one thing that is prevalent these days: Disrespecting authority.
agree with you 100 %

Seems like there's an article on it in the latest edition of Motor. It's on the front cover. I haven't bought the magazine yet but it was done by Paul Cockburn who's pretty well respected.

This is true. Will end up in museum and is being used as actual pursuit car.

Full exhaust, pulley and tune

Saw that car today!!
Lucky Officer, is all i can say. Had a bit of a note, too.
Would have loved to have taken a piccy, but 90+% chance of getting booked
GREAT looking R-Spec, and better in real life. Noticed the BOSS 400 badges first, and thought; that's the way Ford Aus can go out with a bang!

The reason I'm a Ford guy in the first place is because of an XW GT the local cops had in north-west WA in about 1969.

I reckon it's awesome.

Glad it's not a Holden.

Oh wait..... That's been done
