Hi,
Is anyone else finding the forum slow to load today? I am finding it is taking ages to load pages and it is hanging a little. I am not having issues with any other site...but that doesn't mean to say it is not something on my end. Cheers Col

Bumping rather than starting a new thread.
I keep getting an error message when clicking threads, or posting replies. It takes ages to get anywhere, then a message something about "the browser sent a request the server could not understand'. No other site is having issues, and this site has never had them before so not sure if its me, Opera, or the forum. And then its let me post, then hung up again, getting to this thread was easy, we'll see how the reply part goes. Edit: clicked reply, it took forever (in internet terms that is) to do anything, and then posted. The way it acted this time it might be a conflict of some kind with Opera. The progress % of transmission took a minute to appear, but the hourglass thingy appeared immediately. After a minute the % appeared and the post posted. |

Browsing and this post (inc editing) is working ok for me today using IE. I prefer FF.
Yesterday I had to login 3(?) times over a number of hours. That could of been my end, unusual if it was. |

Opera can certainly do some strange things - especially if it is being run in turbo mode. I use it for editing the tech threads because it kindly shows me all the coding but find it useless for general browsing.
Cheers Russ
