I don't think I would pay extra for a leather interior. I wouldn't care if it came standard. The style of seat is more important to me.

They may have more sound proofing under the body and inside the doors, may also have better seals around doors, don't know, I'd have to drive them back to back.

Jeans, normal pants, you name it. Whenever I sit in a seat with leather I can slide around on it.

Every time I see a Dash Green FG XR6 Turbo I can't stop staring at it......leather or no leather.......I think that's telling me something The Dash green FG XR's affect me in the same way the Blueprint BA XR's did!

Get the XR mate, but finding one in Dash won't be easy. I personally love a quiet car too and my XR is pretty quiet. At speeds over 100km it is a little wind noisey but road noise is fairly minimal. The standard XR exhaust is quiet enough too but sounds great under load .
If you buy XR6T I think the sound of the turbo will distract you from the seat your sitting on so who cares if it's leather or not lol |

I assume that dash green is a rare colour, I see a few around but not as common as silver or grey. What was the most popular colour in the FG Xr's?

Dash was discontinued after 2008 along with a few other colours. Finding a XR6T in Dash won't be as easy as finding one in Nitro blue or winter white as they were made in the thousands. Not completely rare but you will have to be patient

That's a shame, because I've heard it's best to avoid the early 2008 Fg XR models due to some issues fixed in later versions, why do they discontinue their best colours? It might have to be a different colour XRTor a G6ET.
