Long story short, a couple of Chinese guys have been caught street racing and now face the death penalty. Seems maybe a tad harsh considering no one was hurt or injured, but hooning isn't tolerated in China either apparently. Is this appropriate? Is it where our anti hoon laws are taking us? ( Not the death penalty, but an equivalent punishment to what you would expect for stabbing someone to death in cold blood)
