Had coil packs replaced on my BA around 18 months ago.Around 10k since and again it looks like I have faulty plug packs.
Decided to take a look at them before paying to have another set fitted only to discover at least one of them is different to the others. Seems fairly obvious that although they charged for a new set 18 months back they didn't actually do what they charged me for. Do I have any recourse in this situation? If so what should I be pushing for? |
