I had accents back in the early 2000s, and bought them off my work after being used for a while. I could hit more like 210km indicated, a good 200 gps. Thing is it would hit near 195 indicated so about 185, but if you went downhill could get another 20 and when the road flattens could hold the speed! These were the 1.5dohc ones.
