Supplier Name: Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd Product Info: Regular unleaded petrol which may have been contaminated with diesel was sold at some Caltex service stations in the Greater Newcastle area and stretching north to Hastings and Port Macquarie, south to Wyong and west to Dubbo between Monday 26 February 2007 and Friday 2 March 2007. Defect Details: Contaminated regular unleaded petrol More here
