Outside doors swelling. due to rain?

Hey guys and girls, Just wondering if anybody is having the same problems as we are. About a week ago i have noticed one of our outside doors (it faces all the rain and weather) has become very hard to open and close. Almost like it has come off the rails.

And just tonight i noticed the wooden gate we have seems like it has dropped. It is extremely tight to open and close. I think its the rain thats done it, but is there a way to fix it? or will it fix itself?
