I was examining a Holden Captiva the other day and it struck me. Holden is a subsidary of American GM, their logo is an African animal and the Captiva is Korean. : And Holden's V8s are Yankee-sourced.
Its about time Holden ditched the lion, that comes from British Empire days which are long gone. Any patriotic Aussie should be driving a Territory. (Admittedly our beloved 4.0L six is about to be replaced by the US duratec, but I thought Id get some mileage from this notion while I can) |
