i figure that part numbers for escorts may be handy for some people and thought i might start this, when stripping down MK1 escort 1300 wrote down all part numbers i could find anywhere and thought i would post here for reference for anybody else. these part numbers may be unique to my car or may be standard on all mk1 escort 1300's

Alternator Mounting Bracket - 2735E - 10039B

Bosch Distributor cap, does not fit lucas - GF98

Alternator(Lucas) 15AC, 883219, AS897

Possible Fuel Filter (Motorcraft) 50HF-9155-8A

RYCO Oil Filter-Z62

Yellow Fan- 72BA-8600-AA

Oil Filler Cap mounted on tappet cover- 71HF-6K614-13D

these are the numbers found during engine dis/re assembly of the 1300 motor out of my 1973 Escort 1300XL
