I know the latest mod (heads and cams) is not finished (or paid for yet!!), but I have my next project in planning.
As some know, the "Photn, Fast Eddie, Melbzetec ST170 wreck purchase" scored me the ST170 half leather interior. But the blue inserts don't suit my monochrome colour scheme. So the plan is to replace the blue cloth inserts with leather. I thought for a while about what colour scheme. Charcoal and silver? A bit garish. Charcoal and grey? Maybe. Maybe boring. Charcoal with black inserts? Potentially. But then I had inspiration from a shot in a UK Ford mag. An approach that is genuine Ford, but not in a Focus. Says performance and luxury at the same time. Classic but purposeful. The inspiration? A photo of the interior of the Mustang GT Bullitt!! How it is: How I plan it to be! Perforated colour matched charcoal leather, in the Mustang GT style. Pure Ford performance transplanted to a Focus!! Waddaya think?
