Hi guys and girls,
Another special weekend coming up.. On Saturday the 6th of March it's the Pacific Ford Falcon GT show in Maroochydore, Qld. This is their second big show and it is building to be perhaps one of the most memorable in recent history. Racing legend Allan Moffat is the special guest and we will be displaying his old racers, the iconic GTHO Phase 1,2 and 3 as well as the "stillborn" Phase 4 for the day. The Falcon GT clubs are bringing a HUGE display of cars, with nearly 100 expected, there will be one of every model GT on show. I will be giving a bit of a tour through our 4 cars at different times during the day, including bringing each of the them to life. (Not sure the dealership is aware to how loud the Moffat Group C GTHO actually is). In the afternoon, Moffat will arrive and give a talk on his racing days with HO's and his new association with FPV. We think it is about time Moffat was acknowledged for all he did for the Ford marque, so well done Mr Barrett for bringing him on board! Lots more details on the day can be found by clicking here Plus, check our facebook page for a chance to win a ride in the Phase IV to the event.... We know people are coming from every state and even NZ for this day, so I do hope to meet a few of you there. Cheers, Dan PS, here is some needed information to help you find parking on the day. It is going to be busy! |
