Hello everyone, Since this is my first post here I think I should introduce my self a little bit. My names Jesse, I'm 17 years old and I drive a 95" 4.0L EF Futura (Still on Learners for another couple of months). I also work at an AutoBarn Shop down in Victoria so I have a fair amount of knowledge on cars.
Ok so now to my question, I was wondering what your opinions are on fuel saver tablets such as the newly released "Dyno-tab" ? Does it actually save you money? I put 55 litres of unleaded into the EF and hit the trip metre on my last fill up and put a extra strength dyno-tab in...Since then the 55 litres is all gone and ive managed to clock up 420km...The RRP on the extra strength ones are $22.99....But I just dont see how they are saving you anything, unless they are making my car burn $23 less in fuel. Opinions? Thoughts? Oh and heres a link to a dyno-tab site just to clarify a bit more what im on about. http://www.dynotab.com/index2.htm Thanks. |
