I wish to take this opportunity of apologizing for the delay in refunding entry, garage hire and camping fees paid for the 2010 EASTERNATS due to take place at Calder Raceway. the cancellation of the event incurred very significant financial losses to me, in response I have used all endeavours to raise the money and wish to assure you that it willbe repaid, but as explained this was going to take a considerable period of time.

However I have been successful in securing a five year agreement with a further five year option to stage the EASTERNATS at Winton Motor Raceway. Winton offers a number of benefits that did not exist at Sandown including a dedicated camping area, the availability of a large pid/paddock complex with additiojnal enclosed garage and carports and due to the increased size of the paddock area, each entrant will be able to park his tender/support vehicle with all your spare parts. The EASTERNATS at Winton will include everything we did at Sandown and more.

Those that entered at Calder have the option of either converting their entry fee, camping or garage hire to the 2011 event at Winton or being refunded. If you purchased a garage at Calder you will be given the first option at Winton provided we are notified by the end of September. Please note there will be a huge demand for the garages so notify us asap. The garages consist of : A total of 40 powered garages in pit lane with 3 vehicles allocated per garage, consisting of 1 in garage (9mX4.5m) and 2 in pit lane. A total of 30 powered undercover garages in the paddock area, with three vehicles allocated per garage consisting of 1 in garage & 2 parked at rear and a minimum of 30 undercover single carports spaces in paddock area (please note the number of carports may increase before the event). It is important to note that this is an offer to exchange Calder to Winton.
