THAT REALLY is the sad reality i guess . people should really be voting or negotiating for a decent redundnacy package so they can get out of the industry , and if all fails just leave the industry and allow those who are lesser skil... errrr willing to work for less come in . its like they say pay a bloke what his worht if you want him , if you want less let him go. . .
