SMALL fender benders in supermarket car parks are nothing new.
But one young driver found himself in a collision with the worst kind of car yesterday – a Victoria Police highway patrol car.
The 22-year-old Ballarat man was turning out of the car park onto Grenville Street when he failed to give way to an oncoming police vehicle.
The police car T-boned the Holden ute on the driver door, causing extensive damage to both cars.Ambulance Victoria was called but the driver was not injured.
