Default Huge difference in Mazda/Ford Spareparts??

Chasing a few parts for a couple of different cars

Part 1 - EGR Valve for an '02 Ford Escape (same motor as a Mazda Tribute)
EGR Valve @ Outer Eastern Suburbs Mazda Dealership - $181.95 (Packaged as Genuine Ford EGR Valve)

EGR Valve @ Outer Eastern Suburbs Ford Dealership - $317.52

-Difference of $135.57

Part 2 - RHR BF Door Lock Actuator - Bayford Ford - $135.00
Same part at Outer Eastern Suburbs Ford Dealership (once again shall remain nameless) - $232.00

-Difference of $97.00

Both of these parts were IDENTICLE

My question - Why such a HUGE difference in price?
