Default What do you do with Dash Cam footage of Moron drivers

These new Dash cams are great but really only meant for car accident situations to establish who's right and wrong for insurance purposes etc.

But I've caught on film some pretty average driving for example - today a white van was playing rolling roadblock games on an 80 kph highway, crawling in the right lane then speeding up, slowing down then pacing himself next to a slower car that was in the left lane (pretty much going to great lengths to prevent anyone passing)
Then pulling up at the Red light the left lane was clear. I did a lane change to go around him, but as soon as I did this he also lane changed to block me in.....then he took off slower than the car next to him :( I went around him passing him then he changed back into the right lane to turn right :/ So he deliberately changed to the left lane (to stop me from getting ahead) even if he was about to turn right......there was no provocation, I didn't tailgate, flash or toot....what a tool and it's all on film.

Some people name and shame by putting the footage on youtube but I think that is leaving yourself wide open for litigation unless the rego plate is obscured.
But I wonder what the actual legal position is with regards to bad driving being put on youtube?
