Hi, I have just completed my XW GS after 3 year rebuild, the engine is from a 1990 F series. I have rebuilt heads were rebuilt and I am running a Holley 650 square bore. Also HEI distributer. my problem is it idles smooth at 650rpm, as soon as i accelarate engine shakes and vibrates. Once I am at around 1500 it runs smooth again.
I have tried all adjustments on carby, timing and advance are working, tonight I sprayed intake wioth engine start to detect leak no change. Can anyone suggest a cause?? |
