Ideas on How to Find a Job?

Been unemployed for a while now and finding it hard.
I'm experienced and highly skilled at what I do, but the market has really nosedived in WA.

I know I should be doing more, I just can't think what.
I apply for everything on SEEK, mostly I find that everything applicable is advertised on SEEK. Where else should I be looking?

I have milked my LinkedIn hard, but they have nothing going.

I have tried sending my resume and cover letter to every applicable employer I can find.
