Hi,
Haven't had any luck in the 3 Brisbane northside Ford Dealer service departments I have taken my Focus and wife's BA Fairmont to. Each time I have had to go back at least once to get something sorted out. For example, after yesterday's in-between-servicves oil change on the Focus I now have my garage filling with smoke from the engine after a short drive. Can I name names here? As both of our cars are still under warranty, I am looking for a Ford dealer service department that someone out there recommends. Starting to lose faith that Ford can actually service Fords.
