Default Where USA graduate engineers want to work

Universum has just released its 2020 report as to where US engineering students which to work once they have completed their degree.
  1. Tesla
  2. Space X
  3. Lockheed Martin
  4. Google
  5. Boeing
  6. NASA
  7. Apple
  8. Microsoft
  9. Disney
  10. Amazon
  11. Northrop Grumman
  12. Ford
  13. General Electric
  14. DoD
  15. General Motors
  16. BMW
  17. Boston Dynamics (robotics)
  18. Exxon
  19. Johnson&Johnson
  20. Nike
  21. Toyota

The conclusion that I draw is that Tesla is still drawing the biggest pool of applicants. This gives Tesla the opportunity to pick the best and brightest engineers. Ford have done OK, climbing up from 16th position last year. Maybe there has been some improvements at Ford given the gripes last year from the young engineers how staid the engineering culture was.
