We've sold our Jimboomba property which is 11 acres, all Horsey stuff. It's a pretty good area, great for Horses. Bit dry though! We're still here renting it back though until we find our new place. The nice Horsey Acreage for 900 grand is around the Gold Coast Hinterland. Suburbs like Wongawallan, Clagriaba, Mt Nathan, Guanaba, etc. Got views of Surfers at night too. Most of em for that money have it all, Stables, Arena, Pool, Tennis Court, etc. As for old mate moving down from up north, try Jimboomba. Got great schools, 45 mins to Bris Airport, 30 mins to Gold Coast, 1 Hour to Lakeside! Cheers, Mike
