what a crock of crap
my cousins were bike riding at 3 and for some safety advocate to say they dont develope enough to be able to handle a bike is BS,if your trained early enough your a pro

this is a accident and is truly sad, maybe supervision was abit too relaxed whom knows
but the bikes these days(cheap crap even) has a remote where you control ot incase they look like they are in trouble.

for them to say ban young kids from bikes is like saying ban kids from toys they also contribute alot of accidents etc via choking, sad story thats been dramatised by a few idiots in a goup who want kids locked inside and wrapped in cotton wool.
