Default Technical Docs not working

I am trying to look through the ef-el paint codes, but every time i try to open the thread it send me to a blank page. I tried a couple other threads in there and the sam thing happens.

Little help

This will happen in some browsers and all that you need to do is hit the reload button and the page will open.

Not sure what causes it but it's something in the new code I added recently.
